Refund Information

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005), if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.

The customer must communicate their decision to NovaNavel within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, by filling out the appropriate form available at the following link: https://account.novanavel.com.

Upon receiving the withdrawal communication, NovaNavel will provide the customer with instructions for returning the product.

The product will be replaced within 7 working days from the receipt of the return by NovaNavel.

Shipping costs for the return of the product, as well as any handling fees for the exchange service, are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product does not meet the integrity requirements indicated below.

Additionally, a fixed cost of €3 is required for the sterilization of each returned product, necessary to ensure safety and hygiene before reselling it.

In case of replacement with a higher-priced product, the customer must pay the difference.

NovaNavel reserves the right to refuse the exchange request if the returned products are:

• without the original packaging,

• with signs of use,

• missing accessories or with defects that compromise the integrity of the product.

In case of sensitivity or allergies, it is recommended to check the compatibility of the materials with your skin in advance.

NovaNavel disclaims any responsibility for possible allergic reactions.

REFUNDS

The refund request must be made by filling out the appropriate form available at the following link: https://account.novanavel.com.

After receiving the returned goods, NovaNavel will process the refund within 10 working days.

The refund will be equal to the value of the purchased products, net of the original shipping costs, even if initially offered for free.
Such expenses, incurred by NovaNavel for sending the order, will therefore be deducted from the refunded amount.

DEFECTS AND CONFORMITY

Upon delivery, the buyer must check the received goods and, if they find obvious anomalies or defects, must contact us within 14 days of purchase using this form or by filling out the appropriate form available at the following link: https://account.novanavel.com.

In case of a conformity defect, NovaNavel will restore the product's conformity by replacing the purchased item.

The product will be replaced within 7 working days from the receipt of the return by NovaNavel.
