ITALY SHIPPING

Our products are shipped via Express Courier SDA Italia, GLS, Bartolini, who will deliver the product fully packaged and undamaged; if these conditions are not met, the delivery must be refused.

Goods are usually delivered within 24/48 hours except (delays in delivery by couriers, storage), except for the Minor Islands 72h, from the payment confirmation and order processing.

Delivery time is calculated in working days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We recommend our customers to be at home and reachable by phone/mobile within 48 working hours to receive the delivery.

Couriers deliver a maximum of two times; if the customer is absent for both attempts, our customer service will contact them to explain the two methods to receive the package: the first is  pickup at the depot, where the customer can collect the package at the nearest location at no extra cost; the second option, if the customer cannot go, is to request a third free redelivery.

International shipping costs start from 15€, varying depending on the destination country.

Goods are usually delivered within 72/96 hours from order processing.
