Terms and Conditions of Service
The purchase of jewelry, sold on the website www.novanavel.com, follows the conclusion of a sales contract between the site user and the company Maison Luis SRL with registered office at Via Palermo 12, 80021, Afragola (NA), Italy - VAT No.: 10618541212, registered with the Naples Chamber of Commerce, with REA (economic administrative index) number NA - 1119399.
The sales contract is concluded on the "online" site, meaning it is a distance contract, that is, the legal transaction concerning movable goods concluded between the company and the user within a distance selling system organized by the company which, for this contract, uses the remote communication technology called "internet".
The sales contract is considered concluded upon acceptance by the company of the order placed by the user on the website.
The user's order, being subject to the availability of the requested product models, as well as the delivery location and other factors, constitutes the proposal that may be accepted or rejected by the company at its sole discretion.
The company's acceptance occurs through the order confirmation sent to the email address indicated by the user following receipt of the order.
In case the user does not receive the order confirmation, it will be considered rejected by the company.
Obviously, this is without prejudice to the possibility of an express refusal sent by any means (including ordinary email) by the company.
By sending the purchase order through the site, the user declares that they have read these terms of sale and payment conditions and fully accept them.
If the user is a final consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the sale is concluded, they must keep (by printing or saving an electronic copy) these terms of sale and the payment conditions as they will remain applicable to their purchase even if subsequently modified by the company.
In fact, these terms of sale, together with the payment conditions and the privacy policy, may be updated or modified at any time by the company, which will communicate this according to times and methods unilaterally defined at its sole discretion.
The price of the products, already indicated on the site, will be confirmed in the order confirmation separately for each of the ordered products.
The company reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of products not available in stock at the time of order confirmation based on the current price lists if they differ from those at the date of the order.
The order confirmation will contain the image and model of the ordered products, the order number, the date and time of the order, and the User's data.
In case of temporary unavailability of the ordered products, the user will be promptly notified and will have the option to either complete the purchase or to renounce it.
The user agrees to promptly communicate to the company any corrections to be made to their data.
The data included in the order confirmation will be necessary for the delivery of the products and to identify all communications between the user and the company.
The image accompanying the products may not perfectly represent their characteristics and may differ in color and size.
